What This Is
These are the rules for using GetMyVisaFast, a service run by Frequency First Solutions LLC. By using the site, you're agreeing to be bound by these terms.
Who We Are
We're a private company, not affiliated with any government. We help you apply for travel documents, but we don't give legal advice. Consult a lawyer for that.
Your Account
You need an account to place orders. Keep your login secure and your info accurate. You're responsible for anything that happens under your account.
Your Data
You keep ownership of your personal data, but by using the service you grant us a license to process and display it so we can operate the platform.
Our Content
Everything on the site, including software, logos, and text, belongs to us and is protected by intellectual property law. Don't copy, reverse-engineer, or misuse it.
Your Content
Submission of Application Materials and Personal Data
You represent and warrant that all information, documents, and materials you submit in connection with your visa facilitation request ("Application Materials") are accurate, complete, and truthful.
You retain full ownership of your Application Materials. You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access, store, process, and transmit your Application Materials solely to the extent necessary to perform the visa facilitation services requested, including transmitting documents to relevant government authorities, embassies, or authorized consular partners. We will handle and retain your Application Materials strictly in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
User Reviews, Feedback, and Testimonials
If you submit publicly visible feedback, testimonials, reviews, or suggestions regarding our services ("User Submissions"), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, display, and publish such User Submissions in connection with marketing, improving, and operating our services.
User Submissions do not include your personal identity documents, visa application forms, financial records, or other sensitive personal data.
Travel Documents
Check your documents immediately upon receipt. Errors must be reported within 7 days. If you travel with incorrect documents without notifying us, that's on you.
What You Can't Do
Don't use the service for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful. Don't scrape, hack, spam, impersonate, or interfere with other users.
AI Tools
We use AI in parts of our service, but AI responses may not always be accurate. Confirm anything important with a human representative.
Payments
We accept standard debit/credit cards and electronic transfers. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the full order amount including taxes and fees.
Refunds
See our separate Refund Policy. Service fees are generally non-refundable once work begins.
Subscriptions
If you subscribe, you're agreeing to automatic recurring charges until you cancel. Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.
Warranties and Liability
The service is provided "as is." We're not liable for errors, delays, or government decisions. If we owe you anything, our maximum liability is $100.
Disputes
Any disputes go to binding arbitration, not court. Class action lawsuits are waived. Delaware law governs. You have 30 days from the effective date to opt out of arbitration in writing.
Time Limit on Claims
You have one year from when an issue arises to bring a claim. After that, you lose the right to do so.
Changes
We can update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the new terms.
